How to Apply

Once you have identified the property or properties you like, what are the next steps?

  1. Drive by the property. Most are listed here before they are vacant, please have the courtesy not to bother the outgoing tenants.
  2. Fill out the Application Form. For residential properties each adult in the household must fill out an application. There is no application fee. Really. If you have a co-signer, the co-signer must complete the co-signer credit application. You may attach additional documentation such as proof of income, credit report, etc. if available.
  3. Return the application(s) to us by Email, Fax, Mail or in Person.
  4. When your application(s) is (are) processed we will schedule an appointment to see the inside of the property.
  5. We cannot schedule a showing until your application(s) is (are) processed.
